This product is refined from modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion and a variety of raw materials, with lasting internal plasticizer and flexible, strong bonding, good acid and alkali resistance, on-toxic and no peculiar smell, no pollution, safe and reliable.
Applicable scope:
The product is applied to laminate wood hook, honeycomb sandwich, EVA materials, fiber board, plywood and board against fire. And the product, it is the ideal adhesive for plank furniture and interior decoration. It's most suitable for machine cementing.

Handling requirement:
1. The moisture content of timber should be between 8 to 12percent., the timber should be smooth, not having greasy dirt, having no dust. Control the process precision in 0.1mm.
2. It's suitable for machine cementing and manual electric iron lamination. As this product's viscosity is very high, if it is used in felting the barks cover, it should be spreader by machine, it is difficult to spread the product equably.
3. After spread glue can fit the timbers immediately. The pressure according to the thickness and material of the timber (such as the material of honeycomb sandwich, the pressure should be decreases). The time of cold-press is above 2 hours, should be longer in winter than summer. The latter process can be processed after 24 hours.
4. Emulsion storage containers should be tightly, to prevent of natural drying.
